Prices start at $160 per night for double occupancy, Sunday thru Thursday. The weekend and holiday price is $175 per night for double occupancy. A $25 per night fee will be added for each additional adult in the same room. Prices are seasonal and subject to change. Please call for the most updated rate structure, knowing that the prices are flexible because they are meant to be as affordable as possible for the season and day of the week.

There is no charge for up to two children under 12, as long as they sleep in the same unit as their parents. There is a $25 charge for each additional adult staying in the same unit, each night.
